These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use or access of any of our products, including The Village. These Terms and Conditions apply to Mind Mommy Coaching online support.

Terms of the Course and Course Purchase Agreement

All programs, products, courses or services are owned and provided by Mind Mommy Coaching (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said program(s), product(s), course(s), or service(s) (the “Course”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern and define how you are allowed to use and access Company’s Course. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time, and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.

You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms, please email us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your access to our website.

Your Course Use and Consent

When you purchased an online support from us, you were given a reasonable notice that these Terms existed. By moving forward with your purchase of the online support and further access of the online support, you agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms.

Licence(s)

Limited Licence. Subject to and in accordance with these Terms and other guidelines or instructions we include in the online support, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable licence (“licence”) to make individual use of the online support.

Your purchase of any online support only entitles you to view that online support in accordance with the foregoing licence, and is not a purchase of the content constituting or included in the online support. More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in these Terms or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the online support. You may, however, download and/or print a copy of the individual pages of the support for your individual use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The licence is for individual use. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Section or these Terms to any person or entity and any attempt to do so is void.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the online support at any time if we find that you have violated these Terms. We will make every attempt to notify you of any violation of these Terms and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation.

Pricing and Refunds

Pricing.

Fees for The Village are outlined on the website. Client understands the cost of membership for monthly and annual membership.

Auto-Renewal:

Membership will be automatically renewed either monthly (in the case of monthly memberships) or annually (in the case of annual membership).

Cancellation:

The following cancellation rules apply for The Village:

Monthly Memberships:

To cancel your monthly membership, please email [email protected] with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line and include your full name and address in the email. Any other requests to cancel memberships through social media or other communications will not be processed.  Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 7 days notice of your next monthly renewal. Once received, your next billing period will be cancelled within 7 calendar days.

Annual Memberships:

To cancel your annual membership, please email [email protected] with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line and include your full name and address in the email. Any other requests to cancel memberships through social media or other communications will not be processed.  Annual memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice of your next annual renewal. Once received, your next annual billing period will be cancelled within 30 calendar days.

Trial Periods:

If you have joined The Village on a trail period, your first payment will be collected 10 days after the trial period begins. If you wish to cancel your membership before the trial period ends, please email [email protected] 48 HOURS before your trial period ends. If you fail to give 48 hours notice, your first monthly payment will be processed.

Should you the client fail to make timely payments, Mind Mommy Coaching will make attempts to charge you via their payment platform. If payment is not collected within 14 days, client access to the Village will be cancelled. Should the client wish to rejoin the membership, she can do so at the current price which may be more than the previous price

Community Rules:

In participating in this online support and community you agree to read the below rules and accept that if not abided by, your membership can be cancelled.

-No Discussions, sharing content or conversations by members outside of the group. No screen shots are permitted.

-Other professionals are welcome. However, no promotion or sale of their products or services is permitted.

-Respect that this is a place for advice and support. It is OK if you have a different view or opinion but please remain respectful of others opinions.

-Any member that is seen to be attacking or shaming any other member will have their membership cancelled

Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks and service marks are owned by and the property of Mind Mommy Coaching or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on provided in the online support is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may:

• Access the Course for your individual use;
• Download and/or print any Course materials for your individual use.

You may not:

• Re-sell or trade your access to the online support;
• Share the online support with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;
• Reprint any portion of the online support except as set forth above and for your own individual use;
• Republish any of the online support, in part or in whole;
• Distribute any of the materials contained in the online support or related materials and/or communications as your own;
• Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the online support for distribution as your own work;
• Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines or other unique source identifiers;
• Use our online support or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).

Request for Permission to Use Content.

If you wish to use, publish or refer to any of our content, online support or related materials, you must do so by requesting permission prior to commencing use of the same by email us [email protected]. Permission is not granted until you receive such permission in writing.
